- When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
- Do you accept returns?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- What items are final sale?
Sale items, clearance items, digital products, gift cards, and custom items are final sale and non-refundable.
- My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll take care of you.
- Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. Contact us ASAP and we’ll try our best.
- Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
